Our Terms and Conditions

We operate a no smoking policy in and around 'Unity Cottage'.

Towels and bedding must not be removed from the property.

The Cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday (unless a short break has been booked) and is available from 3 p.m. of the first day of the let.  Checkout is no later than 10 am on the last day of the let.  To avoid disappointment of loosing your preferred dates, please send your £200 deposit immediately to secure your booking.   The balance is to be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to the beginning of your booked holiday.    A damages deposit of £100 is required before your holiday (this will be refunded within 10 days after your holiday and the inventory is checked before and after your stay). All bedding, towels, electricity, and heating are included in the price. The Cottage will always be cleaned, bedding and towels changed before your arrival. 

£100 damages deposit is required when balance is due.  This is fully refundable within 10 days after check out on satisfactory completion of the inventory.

If you cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay the full amount.  However, we will make every effort  to re-let the property, in which case 75% of the cost will be returned as soon as possible.  We do strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance to cover this.

The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.  We would appreciate immediate notification of any breakages or damage as soon as possible to ensure the property is fully equipped and repaired for future guests.
