Short breaks are available from the end of October to the beginning of April. Minimum 3 nights stay (calculated at two thirds of weekly price. Extra nights charged pro rata).

Bedding, towels, electricity and heating are inclusive in the price.

Changeover day is Saturday and the property is available from 3pm.Checkout is no later than 10am.

We operate a no smoking policy in and around 'Unity Cottage'.

£200 deposit secures your booking for each week. £100 damages deposit required which is fully refundable within 10 days after check out on satisfactory completion of inventory.
